Who is Kerstin Frank?
Kerstin Frank is an Austrian figure skater. She is a two-time Austrian national champion and has won international medals at the Ondrej Nepela Memorial, Challenge Cup, Merano Cup, Crystal Skate of Romania, and other events. At the 2013 Nebelhorn Trophy, Frank qualified a ladies' entry for her country at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
