Klaus-Heiner Lehne is a German lawyer, politician and Member of the European Parliament for North Rhine-Westphalia. He is a member of the conservative Christian Democratic Union, part of the European People's Party and is among the signatories of the Spinelli Manifesto for a more federal Europe.
