Who is Kotsiopoulos?
Konstantinos Kotsiopoulos is a well known Assistant Professor of Sociology of Christianity at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. From 1993 to 2005 he was teaching theology, sociology and history at Hellenic College of Thessaloniki High School; In 1995 he became a Doctor of Pastoral and Social Theology. The aim of his PhD dissertation was "The Zealot movement of Thessaloniki".In 2005 he became lecturer of Sociology of Christianity at the Department of Pastoral Theology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He also runs and directs Postgraduate students, expertising Sociology of Christianity
He wrote several books such as "Orthodoxy and Europe", "Orthodoxy and globalization", "Sports and Olympism and others.
