K. K. Venugopal is a senior advocate of Supreme Court of India and a constitutional lawyer. He has appeared in many high-profile cases. He was conferred Padma Bhushan award by Government of India. He was invited to Bhutan as the adviser for the drafting of the Constitution of Bhutan. He studied at St. Aloysius College in mangalore. He has three children, Lakshmi Kumar, Krishnan Venugopal and Kannan Konath.
