Who is Kuo Lin-yung?
Kuo Lin-Yung, Taiwanese politician, is a two-time legislator, former President of the Taiwan Bar Association, and former Vice-Minister of Justice. In 2007, Business Weekly magazine named him one of the top legislators. In 2008, he retired from politics and is now a practicing lawyer in Taichung, Taiwan.
