Who is Kurt Schmoke?
Kurt Lidell Schmoke is the Dean of the Howard University School of Law and a former mayor of Baltimore, Maryland. The son of Murray and Irene B. Reid, he attended the public schools of Baltimore. He was the first elected African-American mayor of Baltimore.
