Who is Kwok Ka-ki?

Kwok Ka-ki was an elected member of Central and Western District Council and a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, in the Medical functional constituency. He is a private urology doctor, and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong. Kwok joined Civic Party which is a liberal democratic political party in Hong Kong on July 19, 2010.
