L. William Krause

Who is L. William Krause?

Mr. Krause has been President of LWK Ventures, a private investment

firm since 1991. In addition, Mr. Krause served as Chairman of the

Board of Caspian Networks, Inc., an IP networking systems provider,

from April 2002 to September 2006 and was CEO from April 2002 until

June 2004. From September 2001 to February 2002, Mr. Krause was

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exodus Communications, Inc.,

which he guided through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy to a sale of assets. He

also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of 3Com

Corporation, a global data networking company, from 1981 to 1990, and

as its Chairman from 1987 to 1993 when he retired. Mr. Krause currently

serves as a director of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., a

networking storage company, Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc., a

distributor of packaged consumer goods, Packeteer, Inc., a provider of

application traffic management systems, and The Trizetto Group, a

supplier of software and services to the health care industry.
