Who is Layke Anderson?
Layke Anderson is a British actor and award-winning film director.
He starred opposite Udo Kier and Stephen Fry in the 2009 Luxembourgian-German drama House of Boys, though left acting behind shortly after to explore working behind the scenes. Other acting credits include Richard Attenborough’s Closing the Ring, action-horror Re-Kill, and Babylon directed by Danny Boyle.
His directorial debut came with the short film Dylan's Room, starring Joanna Scanlan and Ricky Nixon, which has screened at over thirty international film festivals, going on to win several awards. In November 2013 the film was nominated for Best British Short at the British Independent Film Awards.
