Lazy Yanay

Who is Lazy Yanay?

Mr. Yanay joined VeriFone following its

acquisition of Lipman Electronic Engineering in November 2006. Mr.

Yanay had served as Lipman Executive Vice President, Sales and

Marketing Since September 2001. His responsibilities included

management of worldwide sales and marketing activities, management of

the corporate sales and marketing department and oversight of Lipman’s

non-U.S. subsidiaries. Before joining Lipman, Mr. Yanay held various

senior-level positions at Shira Computers Ltd. (a subsidiary of VYYO

Inc.), and Scitex Corporation, Ltd. Mr. Yanay holds a B.A. in

Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
