Who is Lidia Valentín?
Lidia Valentín Pérez is a Spanish weightlifter competing mainly in the Women's 75 kg category.
At the 2007 World Championships she ranked overall 6th in the 75 kg category with a total of 240 kg.
Valentín competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics, finishing in fifth and fourth place, respectively.
At the European Championships, she won overall three silver medals at the 2008, 2012 and 2013 European Championships and other three bronze medals at the 2007, 2009 and 2011 European Championships, with one gold medal and four silver medals in the snatch and one silver medal and five bronze medals in the clean and jerk.
