Linda Moulton Howe, born January 20, 1942, is an American investigative journalist and documentary producer-writer-director-editor. She is best known as a ufologist and advocate of a variety of conspiracy theories. She is well known for her investigations of cattle mutilations, and her conclusion that they are of extraterrestrial origin. She is also noted for her speculations that the U.S. government is involved with aliens. She is currently based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
