Who is Lugina Cabezas?

María Lugina Cabezas Andrade is a model from Quito, Ecuador. She was Miss Ecuador 2007 and competed in Mexico City on May 28, 2007 at the Miss Universe 2007 pageant but didn't place.

She attends Law School at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Lugina is the only daughter of parents who have since separated.

She won the title of Miss Ecuador by demonstrating her aptitudes. She wants to work with children who have to emigrate or have parent who emigrate. Lugina feels that Ecuador is not at its best moment for that reason she says the society needs to support the decisions made by President Rafael Correa.
