Who is Luke Fitzpatrick?
Luke Fitzpatrick is an Irish football player who currently plays for Waterford United in the League of Ireland First Division. He has previously played for St Patrick's Athletic.
Fitzpatrick is a winger who joined St. Pats from schoolboy side Quarryvale F.C. before the start of the 2005 season. After a serious of impressive displays for the Under 21 side, Luke was voted the club's Under 21 Player of the Year. He made his senior debut for St. Pats away to Dublin City FC early in 2006 season. Fitzpatrick was also a member of the FAI Cup Runner up team in 2006. He signed on loan for Monaghan in July 2007. This all round player was quickly picked up by then Waterford United manager Gareth Cronin in January 2008.
