Who is Mahmut Özgener?
Mahmut Özgener has been the 38th president of the Turkish Football Federation. He succeeded Hasan Doğan, who died of a heart attack in Bodrum. He was incumbent for a relatively short period, beginning on 14 February 2008 until his death on July 5, 2008.
