Who is Makoto Fukui?

Makoto Fukui is a Japanese swimmer and two time Olympic medalist. He participated at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome, winning a silver medal in 4 x 200 metre freestyle relay. He competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, winning a bronze medal in 4 x 200 metre freestyle relay.
