Who is Marc Matney?
Marc Edward Matney is an American voice actor. He is better known for portraying police officer Ken Nakajima in the You're Under Arrest series and OVAs. He is currently teaching at New Hanover High School.
Among his students were Trieste Kelly Dunn and Nikki Griffin.
