Who is Mark Moseley?

Mark DeWayne Moseley is a former professional American football placekicker in the National Football League who played for the Philadelphia Eagles, the Houston Oilers, the Washington Redskins, and the Cleveland Browns. He won the Most Valuable Player Award during the strike-shortened 1982 season. He is the only special teams player and the only placekicker to win the award.
