Masud A Choudhary is a prominent educator, social reformer, thinker and administrator of Jammu and Kashmir State. He is the founding Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in Rajouri. He is also the Chief Patron of the Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust.
