Who was Max Fabiani?

Max Fabiani, Slovene Maks, Italian Maximilian was a cosmopolitan trilingual Italian-Austrian-Slovenian architect with Italian and Tyrolean ancestry, born in the village of Kobdilj near Štanjel on the Karst Plateau, province of Gorizia and Gradisca, present-day Slovenia. Together with Ciril Metod Koch, he introduced the Vienna Secession style of architecture in the Slovenia.
