Who is Michael A. Grimaldi?

Michael A. Grimaldi, who had been president and general manager of General Motors of Canada Limited since January 2002, was appointed president and chief executive officer of GM Daewoo Auto Technology (GMDAT), effective August 1, 2006. In his new position, Grimaldi is also a member of the GM Asia Pacific Strategy Board. He has been a corporate vice president since 1995.
