Who is Michael Cartellone?

Michael Cartellone is an American musician and the current drummer of Lynyrd Skynyrd. He is the former drummer of Damn Yankees and a former drummer for Accept. He appeared on former Faith No More singer Chuck Mosley's 2009 album, Will Rap Over Hard Rock for Food. He has also worked with Eddie Jobson, Tommy Shaw, John Fogerty, Peter Frampton, John Wetton, Freddie Mercury, Cher, Adrian Belew, Brad Gillis, Shaw Blades, Steve Fister, Wolf Hoffmann, Tim Kirker, Jack Blades and Joe Lynn Turner.

He is also an accomplished painter and ardent Charlie Chaplin fan.
