Michael Waxman-Lenz

Who is Michael Waxman-Lenz?

A financial officer and a gentleman,

Michael is responsible for managing all domestic and

international operations for AG Interactive, AG Outbound

Property Group, and AGC Entertainment investments. He also

overseesAGI's businessintelligence, analysis, and development

andits strategic partnerships with suchorganizations as AOL

Services, Netscape, Compuserve, Microsoft Network, Yahoo, and

Warner Bros. Prior to joining AGI, Michael managed a$32-million

venture capital fund as vice president of the Eagle Venture Fund,

was a financial consultant for Ernst Young, and worked as an

economist for the Institute of International Finance, Inc. in

Washington, D.C. Michaelstudied at the University of Konstanz

in Germany, attended Stanford Business School's executive education

program, and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Advanced

International Studies.He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst

designation (CFA).
