Who is Miguel Cairo?
Miguel Jesús Cairo is a former Major League Baseball Infielder. He played second base most frequently during his career, but played every position except catcher and pitcher at some point during his time in the major leagues. In February 2013 Cairo was named a special assistant to Cincinnati Reds General Manager Walt Jocketty, and in April 2013 it was announced that Cairo would fill in as Bench Coach during the absence of Mark Berry while Berry receives treatment for throat cancer.
