Who is Mihai Zafiu?
Mihai Zafiu is a Romanian sprint canoer who competed from the early 1970s to the early 1980s. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won two silver medals in the K-4 1000 m event, earning them in 1972 and 1980.
Zafiu also won six medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with a gold, four silvers, and a bronze.
