Who is Mike Penning?
Michael Alan "Mike" Penning MP is a British Conservative Party politician and the Member of Parliament for Hemel Hempstead.
He served as Parliamentary Under-Secetary of State for Transport in the Cameron Ministry and on 4 September 2012, he became Minister of State for Northern Ireland, a position he held for just over a year. Since 7 October 2013 he has been the Minister of State for Disabled People.
