Yang Berhomat Mohd Yusmadi Mohd Yusoff is a Malaysian politician and is the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Balik Pulau constituency in Penang, Malaysia. He is a member of Parti Keadilan Rakyat.
Yusoff was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election, narrowly winning the former UMNO seat of Balik Pulau. He is also a lawyer.
