Muditha Kaushalya was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler who played for Singha Sports Club. He was born in Galle.

Kaushalya made a single first-class appearance for the team, during the 2003-04 season, having represented Sri Lanka in the Under-15s Asia Cup the previous season.

From the tailend, he scored a single run in the only innings in which he batted.

He bowled 8 overs during the match, conceding 44 runs and taking one wicket, that of Suranga Thushara.
