Who was Mükrime Hatun?
Mûkrîmā Khātûn, was the third wife of Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II. She was one of the daughters of Süleyman Bey, the sixth ruler of Dulkadir State. Her marriage served as an alliance between the Ottomans and this buffer state.
