Neil Leonard Charles Batt AO, Australian politician, is a former Tasmanian government minister, Deputy Premier and Member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly. A member of the Australian Labor Party, he was leader of the party in Tasmania, and Leader of the Opposition from 1986 to 1988.
