Neil William Rackers is a retired American football placekicker of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Illinois.
Rackers has also been a member of the Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, and Washington Redskins.
