Who is Nicholas Hereford?
Nicholas of Hereford was an English theological scholar, and advocate of the English reform movement within the Roman Church.
Nicholas Hereford was a Fellow of The Queen's College, Oxford and Chancellor of the University of Oxford in 1382. He was a Doctor of Theology, which he achieved at Oxford University in 1382.
Nicholas of Hereford later recanted his unorthodox views and participated in the repression of other reformers. He collaborated with John Wycliffe on the first complete English translation of the Bible.
