Who is Nikki Nova?

Nikki Nova (born January 5, 1972 in Hampton, Virginia) is an adult model and actress. She has performed in a number of R rated films, including All Nude Nikki and several fetish videos. As of 2005 Nova was a co-host of Playboy TV’s Night Calls 411, having replaced Tera Patrick in 2003. She has also appeared on The Howard Stern Show and the TV documentary Pornucopia.

On November 4, 2005, Nova was seriously injured after falling from a horse during a photo shoot. She had no health insurance, so her webmaster set up the website getwellnikki.com to gather donations. Her porn star friend Austyn Moore also held a fundraising auction for her.

Falling prey to unscrupulous mortgage lending practices (including being taken advantage of immediately following coming out of a coma following her accident, when she was tricked into signing papers a mere month following her accident, thus buying the home she was renting at the time, falling home values, and medical bills related to her accident, Nikki had her Maricopa, Arizona home foreclosed on in 2009 following notifying her lender of the illegalities in her mortgage and informing them that she would no longer be making mortgage payments (which she followed through with for the remainder of her stay in the home). Though promising to fight the injustices and fraudulent practices in court, Nikki ultimately gave up her fight (due to the costs involved coupled with the fact that she had difficulty in getting meaningful legal assistance in large part due to her line of work), and left/abandoned her home in June 2011. Ultimately the home was finally sold at auction in April 1012 for less than half what Nikki had paid for it in 2005.
