Who is Noah Oppenheim?

Noah Oppenheim is a writer and Emmy-winning television producer. He is head of development of Reveille, where he oversees all unscripted development. Prior to Reveille, Oppenheim was senior producer of NBC's Today Show, where he supervised the 7–8am hour of the broadcast. Oppenheim is also co-author of The New York Times Bestseller The Intellectual Devotional: American History. Three more books in the series are forthcoming.

Prior to NBC's Today Show, Oppenheim co-created CNBC's Mad Money with Jim Cramer, was executive producer of Scarborough Country, and senior producer of Hardball with Chris Matthews. During his time with NBC News, Oppenheim led coverage of presidential elections, 9/11, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as the 2006 Torino Olympics.

In June 2012, Imagine Entertainment reportedly commissioned a screenplay of George Orwell's famous dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four from Oppenheim.

In January 2011, Oppenheim was hired to write the screenplay for the upcoming film adaptation of James Dashner's young-adult, science-fiction, dystopian, fantasy novel, The Maze Runner.
