Who is Nuruddin Khan?
Lieutenant General Nuruddin Khan was Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army and former Energy Minister of Bangladesh. He did not pursue a political career after the Awami League government ended in 2001, which he had served. The party lost the elections to the Bangladesh National Party and its allies.
