Octavio Jibrán Colmenares Fayad is a Mexican footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. He currently plays for Barnechea, having previously played for Universidad de Chile.
He made his debut for U de Chile in May 2009 against Everton de Viña del Mar.
In the 2010 Liga de Ascenso Apertura season he made one league appearance for Pumas Morelos.
