Who was Omar Tiberiades?
Omar Tiberiades or Abû Hafs 'Umar ibn Farrukhân Tabarî, was a Persian astrologer and architect.
Around the year 800 he translated the Middle Persian version of Dorotheus's Pentateuch into Arabic. A Latin translation of his book was often quoted by Western astrologers.
