Who was Otto Schultze?

Commander of the North Sea Station in the 1930's and one of the German delegates to the 1937 Coronation of George VI. Service during WW1 as a commander of various submarines, including U63. He became 1st Admiral-Staff-Officer in the Staff of the Commander of Submarines in the Medittereananand during the 1920's saw service on the Baltic Sea Naval Stations. He retired 31 October 1937, but became active again during WW2, as Commanding Admiral for France from 17 August to 30 September 1942) when he retired for good. His son was also a submarine commander with over 50 "kills" credited to him before he was killed in action off the West African coast in 1943
