Who is Patricia L. Higgins?

Ms. Higgins, who is retired, served most recently, from September 2002 to February 2004, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Switch and Data Facilities, Inc., a provider of neutral interconnection and collocation services. Prior to that, she served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Research Board, the Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President of Alcoa and in senior management positions with Unisys Corporation, Verizon (NYNEX) and ATT. Ms. Higgins currently serves on the Board of Directors of Barnes Noble, Inc., Internap Network Services Corporation and Visteon Corporation.
