Who is Paul Tingley?
Paul Tingley is a Canadian sailor who had represended the country at the Paralympics, particularly of keelboats. He is a resident of Halifax Regional Municipality who became disabled due to a skiing accident at 24. He became interested in sailing due to the suggestion of a physiotherapist.
