Who is Pedro Pierluisi?
Pedro Rafael Pierluisi Urrutia is a Puerto Rican lawyer and politician affiliated with the New Progressive Party, and caucuses with the Democratic Party on Capitol Hill. He is the Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico to the United States Congress, having won the November 4, 2008 general election.
