    Pelotshweu Moepeng
    Dr. Pelotshweu Moepeng is the Deputy Director of Policy Development and Research at the Southern Africa Customs Union (SACU). He previously worked as Lead Reseacher in the Botswana Vision 2036 Presidential Task Team, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Botswana Vision 2016 Council, and was Senior Research Fellow [Ag] at Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis (BIDPA). He has also worked for Botswana Government as Chief Economist in the Ministry of Agriculture Development and a National Food Strategy Coordinator at the Botswana Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. He successfully led various high level monitoring and evaluation projects and applied research reports. He has supervised research projects funded by among others, NEPAD, United Nations Environment and Poverty Initiative (UNEP) and Food Agricultural and Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network (FANRPAN), UNDP and others in Botswana Government.
