Who is Pen Sovan?
Pen Sovan, sometimes also spelt Pen Sovann was the first Prime Minister of the Hanoi-backed People's Republic of Kampuchea. He served from June 27, 1981 until December 5, 1981. And he was Secretary General of Kampuchean People's Revolutionary Party from 1979 to 5 December 1981 . The KPRP was originally a Marxist-Leninist party.
