Who is Piotr Parasiewicz?
Piotr Parasiewicz is a river professor, Director of Rushing Rivers Institute and is creator of the Mesohabitat Simulation Model. He holds a Ph.D in Natural resource management and Water Engineering. For over twenty five years, he has been working to restore rivers to their natural state and conserve water for human use including the Quinebaug River, Fort River, Saugatuck River & Aspetuck River, Eightmile River, and Delaware River.
