Hearst Randolph "Randy" Duncan, Jr. is a former American collegiate and Professional Football quarterback. He played college football at the University of Iowa. He played in two Rose Bowls and has been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. Duncan played professionally for Canadian Football League's BC Lions and the American Football League's Dallas Texans.
