Who is Ray Mabus?
Raymond Edwin "Ray" Mabus, Jr. is an American politician and member of the Democratic Party who serves as the 75th United States Secretary of the Navy since 2009. Mabus previously served as the State Auditor of Mississippi from 1984 to 1988, as the 59th Governor of Mississippi from 1988 to 1992 and as the United States Ambassador to Saudi Arabia from 1994 to 1996.
