Phreako Rico, pseudoniem van Ricardo McDougal, is een Arubaans-Nederlands rapper, geboren in Harderwijk. Samen met Sticky Steez en DJ Delic vormde hij de rapformatie Opgezwolle. Tegenwoordig vormt Rico samen met Sticks, ART, Typhoon en James een groep onder de naam Fakkelbrigade. Ook geeft Rico rap-workshops op onder andere festivals en scholen. Hij behoort tot de bekende Fakkelteitgroep.
