Who is Rich Campbell?
Richard Delano Campbell is a former National Football League quarterback who played for the Green Bay Packers. Campbell attended high school at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose, California. He was an All-American his senior season in 1980 at the University of California. During this season, he set an NCAA record with 43 completed passes in 53 attempts in a losing effort against the Florida Gators.
