Richard Dugas Jr. is the CEO of Pulte Homes. He attended Louisiana State University for four years. He then worked for Exxon, and after that, moved on to Pepsi. A while later, he left Pepsi and went to work for Pulte Homes in Georgia. He was there for a few years when he got promoted to Chief Operating Officer. A year or two later, he became the CEO of Pulte homes. He is one of the youngest CEOs. He is still married to his 1st and only wife. He has 3 daughters.
