Who is Robert G. Culak?

Mr. Culak, 55, serves as vice president, financial reporting and compliance for Sysco corporation. He joined SYSCO's accounting department in 1986 as manager-reporting and analysis and was promoted to director-reporting and analysis in 1993. Prior to beginning his career with SYSCO, Mr. Culak served as assistant controller, assistant treasurer and controller of APS, Inc. of Houston during the 1972 to 1985 period and was employed by Ernst Young from 1967 to 1972. Mr. Culak was born in Boca Raton, Florida and raised in Moulton, Texas. A certified public accountant, he earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas in 1967.
